Accessibility & Assistance

A useful website
should be easy to use.

An accessible experience is part of respecting the people who work with NEXA.

Design intent

This website uses readable text, labelled controls, keyboard-operable navigation, structured headings, visible focus and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Forms give written feedback when information is missing or needs correcting. These choices express the intended standard, not a claim of certified compliance.

Ask for assistance

If a page, document or form is difficult to use, contact NEXA through its published email or phone details. Tell us which page or task caused the difficulty and your preferred way to continue. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Supplier and recruitment alternatives

Supplier introductions should also support a conversation and existing information in practical formats. If you need help with a careers introduction, ask for recruitment assistance without sending a CV to the project enquiry mailbox.

Testing and improvements

We aim to check keyboard navigation, screen-reader announcements, focus handling, form errors, colour contrast, zoom, mobile layouts and the accessibility of documents we publish, and to fix problems as we find them. If you report an issue, it is passed to the person responsible for the website, and we will let you know how and when it will be addressed.
