Privacy Notice

Information shared.
Handled with purpose.

How we handle project contacts, supplier information and candidate introductions.

Who is responsible

NEXA Construction Supply is the commercial brand of NEXA CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES WHOLESALING, a Philippine sole proprietorship based in Cagayan de Oro. The live notice must identify the responsible privacy contact and the actual service providers used.

What information is involved

Project enquiries may include a contact name, company, email, optional phone, project location, requirements and attachments. Supplier accounts may include contact and account identifiers, business capabilities, coverage, supporting documents, commercial inputs, updates and messages. Careers expressions of interest may include a name, email, area of interest, optional location, professional link, introduction and CV. Operational security logs and cookies are described on the Cookies & Site Storage page.

Why it is used

We use this information for answering enquiries, assessing supply requirements, reviewing supplier capabilities, maintaining supplier information, communicating about a submitted matter and considering expressly shared interest in future roles. Marketing or unrelated use requires a separately defined basis and clear notice. Supplying a document does not authorise publication of confidential information.

Candidate information

Future-opportunity interest should be voluntary and separate from any later application for a specific role. Access should be limited to authorised recruitment reviewers. Do not submit identity documents, medical or financial information at this introduction stage. Candidates should be able to withdraw future-contact permission through the designated recruitment/privacy contact. No automated hiring decisions are made.

Supplier commercial information

Catalogues, price lists and evidence should be available only to authorised people for the stated review and sourcing purposes. Product-publication permission should be recorded separately. Price validity, capability evidence, review status and transaction approval are different records. Sensitive pricing must not become public website content or public AI chat knowledge.

Access and service providers

We use approved providers for hosting, account sign-in (including Google sign-in), email delivery, storage, website analytics and related support. Their role, access and any overseas processing must be disclosed accurately. Recruitment records should be separated from project and supplier correspondence. Google or Microsoft sign-in, if implemented, requires its own accurate account-data explanation.

Retention and your choices

Keep information only for documented purposes and applicable requirements. The live notice must state an approved retention period or clear criteria for each record type, including unsuccessful enquiries, supplier accounts, candidate interest, uploaded files and backups. Requests for access, correction, objection, withdrawal where applicable, or deletion should have an owned response process, subject to applicable requirements.

Questions or requests

Use the published NEXA contact details to ask for the responsible privacy contact. Describe the request without sending unnecessary sensitive material. The live notice must include a tested direct privacy-request route and explain how a request is verified and handled. Philippine privacy concerns may also be raised with the National Privacy Commission.

AI chat, if introduced later

No AI chatbot is currently used on this website. Before one is introduced, we will explain what conversation data and contact details are processed, which providers can access them, any international transfer, how long they are kept and how to reach a person for follow-up. A chat answer will not require contact details; callback information will be collected only for the requested follow-up, with separate marketing permission where relevant.
