Build a relevant supply relationship

Your capabilities.
Our next project conversation.

Introduce your business to NEXA Construction Supply. Share what you supply, where you can deliver and the information that helps us understand your fit for project requirements.

Prefer to speak first?

A considered start. A continuing connection.

One business profile.
Information you can keep current.

Start with the essentials. Add existing documents at your own pace, then return whenever your products or commercial information change.

01

Create your supplier account

02

Share your business and product capabilities

03

Submit information for prequalification review

04

Maintain your profile and stay in touch

Registration starts consideration. It does not guarantee approval, enquiries or orders.
A practical way to work together

Make your capabilities
easier to understand.

Clear information helps us identify a relevant supply route when a project requirement arises. We welcome existing documents—you do not need to rebuild your catalogue for NEXA.

01 / LESS REPETITION

Introduce once.
Keep it useful.

Maintain your business details, product categories and preferred contact channel in one supplier profile.

02 / RELEVANT CONSIDERATION

Help us see
where you fit.

Specifications, coverage and supporting information help us assess suitability for particular requirements.

03 / A SHARED RECORD

A connection
with NEXA.

Your submission and updates form a continuing business record, with a clear route to our Procurement team.

Who we would like to hear from

Broad capabilities.
Specific evidence.

We welcome manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, stockists, specialist suppliers and project-material traders. Local, regional and wider Philippine supply routes all have a role.

Building & structural materials

Finishes & fit-out materials

Electrical & building systems

Plumbing & water systems

Infrastructure & industrial materials

Specialist project products

These groupings help us understand your business; they do not limit the materials you can introduce.

Fair consideration

Selection follows
the requirement.

01

Fit before volume of paperwork

Review considers relevant specifications, supply coverage, documentation and commercial practicality. Follow-up is proportionate to the category.

02

Consideration for relevant requirements

More complete information supports assessment. Enquiries and orders depend on actual client requirements and confirmed suitability.

03

A route for clarification

Use your supplier messages or contact Procurement to clarify a submission, share a change or raise a process concern.

Capability in development

Building the NEXA
Supplier Intelligence Hub.

We are developing a structured sourcing function that connects supplier capabilities, product information and dated commercial inputs with project requirements.

Information you share can support this developing Hub after review. A catalogue entry, price list and stock statement each serve a different purpose; current availability and transaction terms are confirmed separately.

Selected international opportunities

A UAE direction
worth exploring together.

We plan to explore selected opportunities to supply Philippine-sourced materials to the United Arab Emirates. If relevant, include product origin, documentation and export-support capabilities in your profile.

Your interest helps us understand potential fit as this direction develops.

Planned development

A suitable product.
A workable route.

Buyer demand, product suitability, trade readiness and commercial arrangements will be assessed before a transaction is confirmed. This development intention does not establish a current export service.

Before you register

Useful questions, answered.

No. Start with essential business and contact details, save a draft and return to complete your capability profile. Uploads are optional; supporting documents may be requested during review.

No. Registration records your introduction. Prequalification considers the stated capability and evidence; it does not automatically approve every product or guarantee enquiries or orders.

No. You can use email or discuss your preferred communication channel with Procurement. The supplier area offers a convenient place to maintain information and track your submission.

Yes. Upload a new version, identify what it replaces and provide any relevant validity or pricing basis. Previous versions stay associated with the business record.

Pricing is shared for sourcing review. Catalogue publication requires separate permission and content review. Uploading a file alone is not permission to publish it.

Update the profile or send Procurement a message. Changes to the account email require verification; a change of business representative can be discussed with Procurement.

Send a message with the topic “Process concern” or contact Procurement with your application reference. Explain the facts and the clarification you need so the matter can be reviewed.

Give your next project connection a clear start.

Introduce your business. Share useful information. Keep it current.
